The Cancelled Damian Wayne Batman Game Pre-Alpha Footage Surfaces
Rocksteady’s Arkham series was never meant to end with the original Batman. A sequel featuring Damian as the new Batman was once in development at WB Games Montreal, the studio behind 2023’s Gotham Knights. Unfortunately, the project was cancelled before completion.
Recently, leaked footage from an early pre-alpha build of the cancelled game appeared online. The video shows Damian Wayne’s Batman jumping over Killer Croc, who currently appears as a placeholder character. Interestingly, Damian’s Batman model is also a placeholder adapted from the Arkham Knight design.
Though incomplete, the footage offers fans a rare glimpse at what might have been — a fresh take on Batman with Damian Wayne as the lead.
