Netflix shared that they’re making a new Devil May Cry anime and we might also have a new Devil May Cry game in the pipeline.
Casey Edwards, as mentioned above, hinted on Twitter that he might be making more music for the series. He posted on Twitter/X asking, “What if I were to write more Devil May Cry music?” This has made fans think he could be working on a new project related to Devil May Cry.
It’s not clear if it’s for a new game by Capcom, as there’s no sign they are working on one. It’s more likely related to the upcoming Netflix anime based on Devil May Cry, as music for games is usually made when the game is well into development. So, the hint probably refers to the anime.
