Florida Joker’s $2 Million Demand from Rockstar for GTA 6

The Florida Joker, who seemingly inspired a character in the GTA 6 reveal trailer, is demanding $2 million from Rockstar for using his “likeness”.

In a video posted on social media, the “real-life” Joker pointed at the character from the game side-by-side with a picture of him, asserting that it was clear who the character was inspired by.

“We gotta talk GTA, or not you guys gotta give me a million or two,” he said in the video, calling out to Rockstar Entertainment.

As far as if he has any chance at getting any money from Rockstar, that’s highly unlikely. Rockstar can easily claim the in-game character is a parody.

There’s also the case of when actress Lindsay Lohan tried to sue Rockstar, claiming the likeness of a girl in GTA V was based on her. That case was ultimately thrown out.

Rockstar hasn’t commented on the demands of the Florida Joker, and likely won’t in any official capacity.
