Aventurine, an upcoming 5-star character in Honkai Star Rail, is expected to play a support role and provide strong defensive utility to his team.
Basic Attack: Aventurine’s basic attacks will deal Imaginary DMG scaled on his DEF stat.
Skill: This ability will provide stackable shields to all allies based on Aventurine’s DEF. It will also draw a random A, B, C, or D card for allies without one.
Ultimate: Aventurine gains coins and unleashes Imaginary DMG based on his DEF with a chance to increase CRIT DMG taken by enemies. The damage can be further amplified by his active card effect.
He gains coins when shielded allies attack or get attacked. Extra coins for allies with A card. After collecting 6 coins, Aventurine triggers an AoE Imaginary damage skill that also lowers enemies’ Effect Hit Rate. He also grants varying DEF buffs and teamwide shields depending on the roll result.
The leaks suggest Aventurine will need the standard amount of materials required for any 5-star character: Credit Cost - 3.3 Million, Traveler’s Guide - 290x, Ascension Material - Likely Amber or new material.
