Silent Hill 2 Remake Has Been Rated in South Korea

The Silent Hill 2 remake, developed by Bloober Team, is in its final stages of development as stated by Konami

Though Konami has not officially announced a release date, PlayStation suggested earlier in the year that the game would be out sometime in 2024

The Game Rating and Administration Committee in South Korea recently rated the Silent Hill 2 remake. This typically happens when games are nearing the end of production and approaching release.

Last month, Motoi Okamoto, Silent Hill series producer at Konami, confirmed that the game was in the final stages of development.

The trailer for Silent Hill 2 released in February received criticism for its excessive focus on combat. Bloober Team CEO Piotr Babieno felt the trailer didn’t reflect the spirit of the game.

Platforms: Silent Hill 2 is currently in development for PS5 and PC.
